Shipping
How long does order processing and delivery take?
Orders are processed within 48–72 hours of placement. After dispatch, standard domestic delivery within India takes 5–6 business days. For bulk B2B orders, please contact us for a lead time confirmation based on your order quantity and specifications.
What are the shipping charges within India?
We offer free shipping on all orders to any address within India.
Do you ship internationally? What are the charges?
Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping charges vary by destination and order volume — please contact us for a freight quote. Local customs duties and import taxes at the destination country are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our checkout prices.
Returns & Refunds
How do I return a damaged or incorrect product?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please initiate a return request within 1 day of delivery by contacting us at info@optimabags.com. Our courier partner will arrange a doorstep pickup and replace the item within 7 working days at no additional cost.
What is the return and exchange policy?
We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery for damaged or incorrectly shipped items:
- Return request must be raised within 1 day of delivery for damaged goods.
- Our courier partner will arrange a pickup from your location.
- Replacement is dispatched within 7 working days.
- If the replacement item is out of stock, a full refund will be processed within 10–15 days.
- In rare cases where courier pickup is unavailable, you may ship the item to us — we will reimburse courier charges up to ₹59 per 500g.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds are issued when: (1) a replacement product is out of stock, or (2) a duplicate payment was made for the same transaction. Refunds are credited to the original payment source within 10–20 working days. We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind returns.

Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major international credit and debit cards, PayTM, Cashfree, and PayPal. For bulk B2B orders, wire transfer (SWIFT/NEFT/RTGS) and advance payment terms are also available. Contact info@optimabags.com to discuss payment options for large orders.
Is online payment secure?
Yes. All transactions on optimabags.com are processed over a fully encrypted HTTPS connection. We do not store card details on our servers. Payments are handled by Cashfree and PayPal, both of which are PCI-DSS compliant payment processors.
Is an EMI or Buy Now Pay Later option available?
Yes, interest-free EMI and Buy Now Pay Later are available at checkout for eligible orders and payment methods.

How can I cancel or change my order?
Cancellations must be initiated within 24 hours of placement. Email info@optimabags.com or call +91 87001 53209 (10am–6pm IST, Mon–Sat). A full refund will be processed for orders cancelled before dispatch.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase. Once dispatched, a separate email with your tracking number and a real-time shipment tracking link will be sent to you.
