Tier 1: Raw Material

PET bottles collected and sorted by certified recycling partners across India.

Tier 2: Fabric Production

Bottles transformed into RPET yarn and woven into fabric at GRS-certified mills.

Tier 3: Fabric Dyeing

Eco-certified dye houses use water-saving, low-impact coloring methods.

Tier 4: Bag Manufacturing

Cutting, stitching, and finishing at Optima’s SEDEX 4P–audited Delhi facility.
