Welcome to Optima Bags! We are committed to providing you with the best online shopping experience, and our shipping and delivery process is designed to be fast, efficient, and hassle-free.
Shipping Policy
Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders across India.
International Shipping Fee: A flat shipping fee of $20 is applied at checkout for all international orders.
Payment: We accept online payments only. All orders must be paid in full at the time of checkout. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
Delivery Time
Domestic Orders (India): All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery is expected within 4-5 business days.
International Orders: International orders are custom manufactured at our factory in India and typically dispatched within 15-18 business days from order confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery takes an additional 5-7 business days depending on your location, bringing the total estimated delivery time to 3-4 weeks. We will keep you updated at every stage of production and shipping.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, all applicable import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate before placing your order. Optima Bags is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Order Cancellation Policy
Domestic orders can be cancelled before dispatch. For international orders, since production begins shortly after order confirmation, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. Once production has commenced, we are unable to accept cancellations. Please write to us at info@optimabags.com immediately if you need to cancel.
Packaging & Export Documentation
All international orders are professionally packed for safe transit and shipped with complete export documentation including a commercial invoice and packing list. GST invoices are provided for all domestic orders automatically.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment and know the estimated delivery date.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product within 48 hours of delivery and email us at info@optimabags.com. We will assess the situation and arrange a replacement or resolution. For lost shipments, please allow 7 business days beyond the estimated delivery date before contacting us, as international shipments occasionally face customs delays.
International Shipping
We now ship worldwide! International orders are made-to-order at our ISO-certified manufacturing facility in Kundli, Haryana, India. As each order is custom produced, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. For bulk or wholesale international inquiries, please reach out to us at pk@optimabags.com before placing your order so we can confirm timelines and shipping costs for your region.
