Order Deadlines
Dates assume artwork approval within 48 hours of the mockup and a deposit on order confirmation. Party dates in the first two weeks of December need Track 2 or an order placed before 7 November.
Three ways to land gifts before 25 December
Christmas orders fail on dates, not on products. Here is the calendar we work to. Pick the track your date allows and we hold the slot the day your deposit lands.
Track 1 · Fully custom
Order by 14 Nov
Custom fabric gift bags, embroidered stockings, rigid boxes, made-to-spec totes. 20 to 25 days in production, 5 to 7 days by air, customs buffer. Delivered by 18 to 22 December.
Track 2 · Ready stock with logo
Order by 1 Dec
Totes, pouches, drawstring bags, notebooks, mugs and bottles from stock, printed with your logo. 10 to 12 days to print and pack, then express air. Delivered by 20 to 23 December.
Track 3 · Christmas 2027 by sea
Order by Aug 2027
The lowest landed cost. Full production run plus 30 to 40 days on the water. Book the slot in summer, pay sea freight instead of air, and receive stock in early November.

Designed by Optima Studio
No two recipients get the same gift. Our studio designs yours.
Optima Studio is the design team inside our factory. Give us your brand, your people and your budget. We design a gift your recipient reads as made for them, then build it metres from the drawing board.

Six layers between a stock gift and one your recipient keeps
1
Shape and materialVelvet, jute, canvas, satin or rPET. A size and silhouette picked for the recipient, not for the catalogue.
2
Your colours, exactlyPantone-matched fabric, thread and ribbon. Sales in navy, engineering in forest green, one brand across both.
3
Logo, the right wayEmbroidery on fabric, foil on boxes, deboss on leather, screen print on totes. We pick the method the material takes best.
4
Their name on itEmbroidered name on each stocking, initials on each pouch, a label per person from your spreadsheet.
5
A message they open firstA printed card with their name and a line from your CEO or team lead, placed on top before the box closes.
6

What "unique to the recipient" looks like in practice
EmployeesA 300-person company sends one velvet pouch per employee. Each carries the person's initials, the department colour on the drawstring and a card signed by their manager. Four colourways, one order.
ClientsForty top accounts receive a rigid box with their company name foil-stamped beside yours, a leather notebook with the account lead's initials and a handwritten-style card printed per client.
Christmas partyEach seat at the dinner has a stocking with the guest's name embroidered on the cuff, filled with a party favour set in the event colours. The stocking doubles as the place card.
Fully customA shape nobody sells: a heart bag, a mini duffel in your brand's print, a desk caddy in your product's colour. Mockup in one to three days, sample in 7 to 10, production in our factory.

Questions Buyers Ask
Christmas gifting FAQ
Will my order arrive before Christmas if I order in November?
Yes, on two conditions. Custom-made items need your confirmed order and deposit by 14 November, with artwork approved within 48 hours of the mockup. Ready-stock items with a printed logo need your order by 1 December. Both tracks ship by express air with tracking. Orders after these dates get a date check first, and we tell you plainly if Christmas is out of reach. What is the minimum order quantity?
100 pieces for custom-made products such as fabric gift bags, stockings and rigid boxes. 30 pieces for executive and client gift sets. 250 pieces for paper gift bags and 1,000 pieces for retail holiday packaging. Mixed orders count across products, so 60 totes plus 60 pouches works as one order.Who pays customs duties when you ship to the US, UK or EU?
We do, when you choose DDP. Your quote shows product, freight, duty and clearance as one price per piece. The parcel arrives at your office with nothing to pay. If you prefer to use your own forwarder, we quote FOB Nhava Sheva or EXW factory instead. How do we pay from overseas?
Bank wire is standard, with a deposit to start and the balance before dispatch. PayPal and card payments are available for buyers who need them, with a 5 percent surcharge. US buyers also pay by Zelle. Every order comes with a proforma invoice and a commercial export invoice.Do we see the product before we commit?
You see a digital mockup with your logo within 48 hours, free. A physical sample ships by courier in 7 to 10 days and is chargeable, with the sample cost credited against the bulk order. For simple stock items with a print, most buyers approve from the proof to save a week. Our team works remotely. Do you ship to each person's home?
Yes. Send a spreadsheet of names and addresses. We pack one parcel per person, label each with the name, and ship directly. Split shipping is quoted per parcel on top of the product price and works for the US, UK, EU, Canada, Australia and India. Our Christmas party is in the second week of December. What is realistic?
Stock items with a logo print, ordered by 20 November, reach you in time. Custom stockings with guest names need the order by 7 November. Share the party date in the form and we build the schedule backwards from it, with a buffer for customs. What logo files do you need?
A vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) gives the cleanest print and embroidery. A high-resolution PNG works for most prints. Send Pantone codes if colour matching matters, and we match the thread or ink to it.Do you make the products or resell them?
We make the bags, pouches, stockings, totes and packaging in our own factory in Kundli, near Delhi. Ceramic mugs, bottles and notebooks come from partner lines we have used for years, and we brand and pack them in-house. You get one invoice and one point of contact either way.

Optima Bags makes corporate Christmas gifts and holiday party merchandise in its own factory in Kundli, Delhi NCR, and ships them duty paid to companies in the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Canada, Australia and the Gulf. The range covers custom velvet and satin gift bags, embroidered Christmas stockings, rigid gift boxes with ribbon, paper gift bags, branded cotton and jute totes, filled employee gift sets and holiday retail packaging for brands. Every product carries your logo by screen print, foil, embroidery or debossing.
Companies use the page for three jobs. HR and people teams order employee Christmas gifts and have them shipped to each remote worker's home. Sales and account teams order client gifts in rigid boxes with a printed card. Event and office managers order Christmas party favours, Secret Santa packs and door gifts with the event name on them. The minimum order is 100 pieces for custom products and 30 pieces for executive sets.
Order deadlines for Christmas 2026
Custom-made products need a confirmed order by 14 November for air delivery before Christmas. Ready-stock products with a printed logo need an order by 1 December. Sea freight does not reach Europe or North America in time for Christmas 2026, so companies planning for Christmas 2027 book in August and save on freight. More detail on timing is in our guide to how long custom merchandise takes from India to the US.
