The ₹5,000 line your finance team will ask about Under Rule 3(7)(iv) of the Income-tax Rules, 1962, gifts in kind from an employer to an employee are exempt up to an aggregate ₹5,000 per employee per financial year. Cross that figure and the value becomes a taxable perquisite in the employee's hands. This is why most Indian companies cap staff hampers just under ₹5,000. Gifts to employees and clients are separately claimed by many companies as a business expense under Section 37(1) when invoices and recipient records are maintained. We are manufacturers, not tax advisors, so confirm both points with your finance team. What we give you is a clean GST invoice and a recipient-wise dispatch record to support it.

  • Logo proof within 24 hours. Nothing is printed until you approve it.
  • Packing 3 to 5 working days after proof approval. Food sealed under FSSAI licence with batch and expiry marking.
  • Video of the finished lot sent for approval, then dispatch to offices, plants or home addresses with one tracking sheet.
  • Shipped piece by piece if you want. One address or five hundred. Each hamper carries the recipient's name and your card, and goes out on its own courier docket.

Is the price on the builder final?
It is the per-hamper price for the mix you built, exclusive of GST and delivery. After you send the order we confirm stock on any Pepe Jeans item, add GST by line (5% on dry fruits, 5% or 18% on gifts and apparel) and delivery to your cities, and email a GST invoice. No payment is taken on the page.
What is the minimum order?
10 hampers of one build. You can send two separate builds, for example a staff hamper and a leadership hamper, as two order requests and we combine them on one invoice.
How does the logo get onto the box?
Choose a branding option in step 4. A printed logo label goes on the lid or wrap, UV printing goes directly onto rigid lids, and foil stamping is available on 50 hampers or more with a two-day tooling window. You receive a digital proof within 24 hours and nothing is printed until you approve it.
Are the branded items genuine?
Yes. Pepe Jeans London, Jack & Jones, Turtle, Nasher Miles, Toreto and Glasafe items are current stock from each brand's distribution, supplied at trade pricing below MRP for corporate gifting. Stock is confirmed at order time because it moves quickly in October, and the MRP shown is the brand's printed MRP.
Do you have an FSSAI licence for the dry fruits?
Yes. Every food pack carries our FSSAI licence number, batch marking, packed-on and best-before dates and allergen declarations. The licence copy is shared with your compliance team on request.
Can you ship each hamper directly to the recipient?
Yes, piece by piece. Choose "ship to each recipient" in the order form and we send you a simple address sheet for names, addresses and phone numbers. Every hamper is labelled with the recipient's name, carries your card, and goes out individually by courier to homes, branches, client offices or customer addresses anywhere in India. You get one tracking sheet for the whole list, so nobody at your office has to receive and redistribute boxes. Courier charges are quoted per address with your invoice.
Will we get a GST invoice in our company name?
Yes. Add your GSTIN in the order form. One invoice covers the hampers, branding and delivery. GST 07AADCO0979Q1ZQ.
What is the last date to order?
We take orders right up to Diwali, 8 November. Orders are packed and dispatched in the sequence they are confirmed, so an earlier order gets an earlier dispatch slot. For late orders, put your needed-by date in the form and we confirm in writing what we can deliver by then before you pay anything.
What are the payment terms?
50% on invoice to begin packing and 50% after you approve the video of the finished lot, before dispatch. Bank transfer or UPI. Established corporate accounts discussed case by case.
Can I order something not on the builder?
Yes. Bakery boxes, mithai, notebooks, drinkware and fully custom boxes run on a quote. Write what you want in the notes or WhatsApp us and we return a mockup and price within 24 hours.
What are good corporate Diwali gifts for employees?
The most requested is a dry fruit thal or jar tray with the company logo on the lid, because it suits every employee and keeps through a long distribution window. Many companies add one useful item for staff, such as a canvas tote, a glass bottle, a power bank or a polo, and a bigger item for managers and leadership, such as a cabin trolley, a duffle or a watch. How much should a company spend per employee on Diwali gifts?
