Why a bag factory runs a compliance lab

We have been the ones getting audited for 30 years.

Optima Bags has made bags in Delhi NCR since 1995. Our factory holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification and passes SEDEX 4-Pillar audits for buyers like Amazon and Disney. We know what an auditor asks for, because we produce the file ourselves.

Our buyers sell online in the US and Europe. Their websites now face audits of their own. Regulators in California and France fine companies when trackers fire before a visitor agrees, or keep running after a visitor clicks Reject.

Optima Lab brings the same audit discipline to your website. Same founder. Same standard of paperwork. It runs from its own website at optimalab.io, for any business selling online into the US or EU.

The enforcement record

Real fines for gaps most websites still have.

Questions

Answered straight.

Is Optima Lab part of Optima Bags?+Yes. Optima Lab is the privacy compliance wing of Optima Bags, run by the same founder, Pranjal Kukreja. It has its own website at optimalab.io and serves any business selling online into the US or EU, whether or not you buy bags from us.
I already have a cookie banner. Do I need an audit?+A banner on screen does not prove tracking stops. The fines above came from sites with banners where trackers fired before consent or kept running after Reject. The audit tests your banner in a live browser and tells you whether it works.
What does the free scan check?+It reads your homepage and reports the trackers and cookies it finds, whether a consent tool and Google Consent Mode are present, whether your privacy policy names your trackers, and how many pages your sitemap lists. It does not run a browser, so the Reject test, Global Privacy Control, inner pages and vendor contracts stay pending until the full audit.
How much does it cost?+The free scan costs nothing. The Compliance Audit is a fixed $1,500, with the report in 5 to 7 days, and the fee is credited toward any fix work you book with us. Fix work is quoted from the audit findings. The Banner + Scanner subscription starts at $49 a month.
Are you a law firm?+No. We build the technical fixes and the documentation, and independent counsel reviews and signs off on it. We do not represent you in an active investigation or lawsuit. If you already hold a demand letter, bring your own lawyer in and we supply the technical findings.
Do you work with businesses outside the US?+Yes. We work remotely with any business selling into the United States or the European Union. One audit maps your exposure across every state and country you sell into, GDPR included.
