What is your minimum order for hard-shell luggage?
500 pieces per design on our five shells, mixed across sizes and colours. 1,000 pieces for a custom shell mould. Soft luggage minimums depend on the style, and we confirm them with your quote.
How many pieces do you make a day?
1,000 hard-shell pieces a day, about 26,000 a month on a 26-day schedule. Soft luggage runs in our own two factories at the same time, so a mixed order moves on both lines together.
What does a custom shell mould cost?
$15,000, paid once. Reorders of the same shell carry no mould cost. At 10,000 pieces the mould adds $1.50 a piece. At 50,000 pieces it adds $0.30.
Who owns the custom shell design?
You do. We run your shell only for you and never offer it to another client.
Do I need a mould to put my logo on your luggage?
No. Pick Q20, Q10, Nexus, Opium or Q5. We fit your logo plate, brand the trolley, pullers, lining and packaging, and you pay no mould cost.
Why polycarbonate and not ABS?
PC bends under impact and returns to shape. ABS costs less and cracks under the same hit. We build hard shells in 100% polycarbonate only.
What sizes do you make?
21 inch cabin, 25 inch medium and 29 inch large on our five shells, single or as a set of three. A custom mould gives you any size you draw.
Do you match our brand colour?
Yes. Pick from nine standard colours, or send a Pantone reference and we colour the PC sheet to match for bulk orders.
How long does an order take?
A sample on our shell with your logo takes 7 to 10 days. A custom mould takes 30 to 45 days from approved drawings, then trial shells. Bulk runs at 1,000 pieces a day after you approve the pre-production sample. We confirm the full schedule with your purchase order.
How do you test quality?
Samples from every lot go through a 300-cycle handle lift test, a 35 inch double drop test, a 20 km wheel run and a 20 kg drop test on the shell. Every piece gets a lock, zip, trolley and wheel check. You see a video of your lot before you pay the balance.
Do you take hard and soft luggage on one order?
Yes. Mix PC trolleys, soft trolleys, duffles, covers and toiletry kits on one purchase order, branded alike and shipped together.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. FOB Delhi, CIF or DDP to your door. Bulk goes by sea and urgent lots by air. We handle export documents and certificates of origin in-house.
What are your payment terms?
50% advance to start production and 50% after you approve the inspection video, before dispatch. For a custom shell, you pay the mould fee before we cut the mould. Bank transfer, with letters of credit for larger programs.
