Where your money goes when you buy through traders
Most bulk orders in India pass through two or three hands before they reach you. Each one adds a margin. None of them makes the product.

The sample is not the bulk
A trader shows you a good sample, then moves the order to the cheapest workshop. Fabric gets lighter, zippers get cheaper, print gets thinner. You find out when the cartons open.
Prices hide extra hands
Each layer adds its margin. Some quotes also carry a cut for whoever signs off the order. Your company pays for all of it and sees none of it.
Nobody owns the problem
When a strap tears, the trader blames the workshop and the workshop never met you. You lose time chasing people who did not make your goods.

Bulk buying goes wrong when only one person sees the real numbers. We put the numbers in front of everyone.

Questions buyers ask
Do I need a minimum order?
Most wholesale listings start at 1 piece. Your price drops at 10, 50, 100, 250, 500 and 1,000 units. Some custom items have a minimum, and the listing shows it.
Are you a trading company?
No. We own two factories in Kundli, Haryana, with about 300 people. We have made bags since 1995 for brands such as Amazon Basics, Disney and Steve Madden.
Do you only make bags?
Bags are most of our work. We also make notebooks, T-shirts, caps, cooler bags, EVA cases, gift hampers and watches, all under the same quality checks.
How do I check quality before I order bulk?
Order a $150 sample with your logo. Shipping is included. We credit the full $150 on orders of 1,000+ units.
Do you ship outside India?
Yes. We ship by courier, air or sea freight to most countries, with duty-paid delivery on request. Checkout runs in USD and PayPal protects every order.
How do you keep commissions and hidden charges out?
Prices sit on the website for anyone to check. Payment goes only to the company account, and every order gets a GST invoice. We pay no kickbacks. If anyone asks you for one in our name, email info@optimabags.com.
